Klippan has been a family run Swedish business since 1879; based in Klippan, Sweden in Skåne County in Southern Sweden.
Klippan is known for its high quality in both design and usage of pure fibers, their philosophy is to combine Swedish design with their long tradition of textile knowledge. Klippan only uses natural material in their products and tries to use eco-material as much as possible. Klippan is one of very few producers of this kind remaining in Europe.
Karin Mannerstål is a versatile Swedish designer who studied at Beckman’s School of Design in Stockholm and has worked in many different materials and media.
