Lingonberries grow on evergreen shrubs in Sweden and are a popular preserve used on everything from meatballs to pancakes.  If you have dined at Fika Café, or been to one of our popular Nordic Table classes, you are likely familiar with these delicious red berries!

This Lingonberry Preserve is made in Sweden!  Every element is hand picked to ensure it comes from natural, sustainable, or wildcrafted sources.

Hafi is a family business based in Brännarp, Sweden in the Halland countryside. The very first Hafi products were made in 1938, and today the company is run by the founder’s great grandchildren. Hafi is committed to sustainable and environmentally conscious practices, taking social responsibilities seriously and being part of a healthy lifestyle. Wild berries from Swedish forests

Swedish forest berries have always been art the heart of Hafi. To this day most of Hafi's raw material consists of wild berries growing in the Swedish forests.
