The candy fish in this bag is a replica of a Swedish Turbot. It has a fresh blueberry flavor and is rolled in a sour sweet powder giving it a nice extra kick. It’s vegan and gluten free and of course free from artificial colorings and additives.
Today, many unique water environments are threatened by overfishing and pollution. Kolsvart donates part of the proceeds from this product to promote healthy waters and fish stocks in Scandinavia.

Kolsvart is based in Malmö, Sweden. Kolsvart began as café, but the dream quickly became a financial nightmare. They say they were wandering in the dark, which is where the brand name “kolsvart” comes from ~ it means pitch black in Swedish. But out of the darkness a new dream was born. They took their passion for pure and natural flavors and created Kolsvart the confectionary company. It started with traditional Swedish licorice and has expanded to much more.
