Sevig does indeed have a cat of which she says "our adorable Icelandic kitty, Eyja Fjalla Jökullsdóttir, whom we adopted from a cat shelter in Iceland and named after the famous Icelandic volcano, Eyjafjallajökull, but we simply call her Eyja (pronounced A-ya)".
