This special all-ages picture book is an introduction to the Swedish alphabet with a romp from A to Z (and then Å to Ä to Ö ~ Swedish vowels).

Artifacts from ASI’s collection were charmingly rendered in watercolor by local artist Tara Sweeney and animated with whimsical pen-and-ink characters by her son, illustrator Nate Christopherson.

This curious cast of characters takes a journey of exploration through the Turnblad Mansion, bringing the collection to life and celebrating ASI’s 90th anniversary.

This labor of love has been years in the making and ASI is thrilled to share the finished product with longtime supporters and new visitors.
