Åre (pronounced like 'Aura', or 'Oh-rey') is known for its ski resort, as well as a number of other outdoor opportunities.  Åre calls itself the 'alpine heart of Scandinavia'.  This magnet is based on a vintage tourism poster from the 1930s.  

Designed by Göte Hennix from Östersund (a nearby town) who painted indoor wall murals in the City Hall of Östersund and the Tourist Office in Åre, among many other things.
