Like all owls, Ugla does her best work in the dark. As the sun sets, light the wick and watch her slowly transform from a little cutie to the brooding predator at her core.

Ugla means owl in Icelandic.

 

Pair with a Pyropet Plate to add style, and collect the wax.

Burning time: Approximately 36 hours
Unscented.

Certified to meet US and EU candle safety standards.

Each candle is slightly different and will burn in its own unique way.

Thorunn Arnadottir's multi-disciplinary work is driven by curiosity and interest in exploring everyday objects from a new perspective. She holds a MA degree in Design Products from Royal College of Arts and BA from Iceland Academy of the Arts.
Arnadottir is based in Reykjavík, Iceland.

Icelandic designer Thorunn Arnadottir spends her days figuring out how to turn the mundane into the unexpected, gorgeous, thought provoking, and preposterously fun. Could it be Iceland? Maybe endlessly bumping into the same people sends the imagination into uncharted territory.
