About the Maker:

Landet is the creation of Scandinavian born, Jessica Koenig.  Landet means "The Country" as in the countryside, your country (nationality), or even your summer house.  All products are made by hand in small batches in Oregon.  The designs are inspired by the landscape of the Scandinavian countryside, oddly decorated summer houses, Scandinavian minimalism, 'Lagom' thinking and Swedish folk art.   Koenig says:  "After traveling and living in lots of countries, these creations have been a way of finding home away."
