This lemony elderberry flower island mixture will transport you to one of many Swedish archipelago's (chains of islands).  The elderberry flower ('Fläderblommer) is a sign in Sweden that Summer has arrived (and are frequent symbols of 'good luck' at weddings, at one time were believed to ward off 'evil spirits', and are also considered to have health benefits).

'Spice' up your Midsommar, kräftskiva, Jul, or any other day of the year, and impress your guests ~ by making your very own snaps!  Simply add this spice mix to your vodka of choice and follow the directions printed on the bottle, let the mixture sit for 24 hours, and you have made your own snaps!
