Finlandia is a delightful Finnish marmalade candy with a hundred years of history.  There are five fresh flavors in a box of Finlandia: apricot, blackcurrant, lemon, strawberry and pear.  Finlandia jellies suit almost everyone, since they do not contain gluten, gelatin or lactose.  Finlandia is a delicious seasonal treat and a popular gift at Christmas.  The beautiful round jellies bring color to the Christmas table.

Fazer was founded in Helsinki Finland by Karl Fazer in 1891 after he traveled to Saint Petersburg, Berlin and Paris to receive training to become a confectioner. To this day, Fazer is a family company and family members in the fourth generation work in the company.

Today the company is focused on sustainability with four main goals:

Goal 2: 50% less food waste
Goal 3: 100% sustainably sourced
Goal 4: More plant-based

Sweet, Sweet Finnish Heritage

Fazer began producing chocolate cakes and confections in 1894. Karl Fazer rented six rooms on Pursimiehenkatu street in Helsinki for this purpose; this is the cradle of Finland’s confectionery industry.
